SB Pulling Tool
SB Pulling Tools are used to employ external fishnecks on subsurface devices inside the wellbore. These pulling tools have long cores with short reach. The tool is used to retrieve subsurface tools where debris might block the latching of fishneck.
The BT SB is jar down to shear tool, which may be used in either setting, or the retrieving of subsurface tools. Used when there is a jar down to shear, such as in the setting of tubing stops.
The core may be easily changed out in the field to allow for deeper or shallower reach depending on the application.
Care should be taken to inspect the dogs, skirt, and fishneck for damage such as metal . fatigue, cracking , or deformity of the metal.
